WHERE IT STARTED
Between my junior and senior year of high school, I started working with a personal coach — someone who had a deep understanding of college and professional athletics and what it actually takes to get there. That relationship changed everything.
He elevated my game, helped me see myself clearly as a recruit, and got my film in front of the right people at San Diego State. That led directly to a scholarship offer. Without that coach, that door doesn't open.
THE PLAYING CAREER
I went on to be a four-year starter and Team Captain at San Diego State, earning All-Mountain West Conference honors as a Safety and Poinsettia Bowl MVP. From there I played professionally in Switzerland, Germany, and Sweden — and won a Eurobowl Championship along the way.
THE OTHER SIDE
After my playing career I moved into coaching and sports technology consulting. I partnered with STATSports — the GPS wearable technology used by elite teams worldwide — to help athletes and organizations quantify performance. As a consultant I've worked with the LA Dodgers, Washington Commanders, Inter Miami, New Orleans Saints, and TCU Football. I also hold an MBA from USC.
WHY AP22
I know firsthand what a great 1-on-1 coach can do for an athlete's trajectory. I lived it. AP22 exists to be that for the next generation — combining elite training, real recruiting knowledge, and the data-driven technology I've used at the highest levels of professional sports.
The athletes I work with are talented. My job is to make sure the right people see it — and that they're physically ready when the opportunity comes.

2010 – 2015
Professional Football — Europe
Played professionally in Switzerland, Germany, and Sweden. Won the Eurobowl Championship — the top title in European professional football.
2015 – Present
Coaching & Consulting
Built a coaching practice focused on the highest-potential athletes. Sports technology consultant partnering with STATSports on GPS performance technology, working with organizations including the LA Dodgers, Washington Commanders, Inter Miami, New Orleans Saints, and TCU Football. MBA, USC.
2020 – Present
AP22 Training
Launched AP22 as the culmination of everything — elite training methods, data-driven technology, and a network built over two decades in the game.

Every session is measured. GPS wearables track speed, acceleration, distance, and load. If you can't measure it, you can't improve it.
